The Cottage

Pandy Newydd is a luxury holiday cottage that we have designed and built from scratch to provide the perfect holiday accommodation. 3 quiet bedrooms all with superking beds, Egyptian cotton bedding and luxurious ensuites. Upstairs there's an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, perfect for sociable family time, catching up with friends, or just curling up on the sofa watching a movie. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a lawned area and a large patio with a fire pit, 6 person electric hot tub, gas barbecue and large teak dining table and chairs.

Our adventures in Snowdonia National Park began in 2018 when we found Gelli Newydd which had been a hill farm for many years. We fell in love with the views and created a collection of 4 luxury holiday cottages. 


We subsequently found a plot of land in the village which has now become Pandy Newydd, which translates as New Mill Cottage.


Giving our guests the best of both worlds - all the stunning scenic hill & lakeside walks straight from your doorstep with the ease of being in the midst of the lovely village.


Zip World and the Conwy coast are all a few minutes drive away & the famous Fairy Falls waterfalls just across the road!

 We had been award winning bathroom retailers for 15 years and sold our business to embark on this new adventure. 


We love Trefriw, the friendliness of the village (not to mention the butcher & local pubs!) and the collection of walks we enjoy sharing with Betsy, our working cocker spaniel.


Martin is a keen cyclist & is happy to share routes & options with our guests.
